re:char
re:char is a developer of carbon-negative energy systems for small farms, farming communities and forestry operations. re:char builds small-scale power plants that convert biomass waste into energy and biochar. Biochar is a valuable agricultural soil amendment that can improve crop yield as much 200% and has been hailed by leading climate scientists as a silver bullet in the fight against climate change.
PG Corp
Plasma Gasification Corp (PGC) develops and distributes equipment that converts industrial or municipal waste or biomass into energy. PGC’s technology represents a leap forward in the clean energy industry by using microwave-induced plasma gasification instead of traditional incineration methods to process waste. PGC’s gasification reactor is able to convert almost any type of organic or carbonic waste into a very clean syngas, which in turn can be used to generate electricity or produce bio-fuels. Applications of this technology include waste-to-energy, landfill reductions, clean coal power generation, methanol and ethanol production, and environmental remediation of used tire dumpsites.
Kenaf Boards and Butanol
Kenaf Boards and Butanol (KBB), located in the farmland of the Lower Rio Grande Valley-Texas, develops and manufactures products made from kenaf. Kenaf is a fast-growing renewable plant that is becoming an industrial source of fiber for many applications. KBB’s Green Products include composite building materials, absorbent socks used in hazardous spills, waste-water treatment powders, and bio-butanol, an exciting product competing directly with ethanol.

Joint venture between EDCO and Stematix.TM Regenevita is a biotech company providing public and private umbilical cord blood (ucb) banking in McAllen, TX and Reynosa, Tamaulipas, MX. The ucb banks will utilize a proprietary technology to improve the effectiveness of umbilical cord adult stem cells in treating diseases using existing therapies.
